Fat Fish in Agios Athanasios

I gave it 4 stars because the food was delicious, but our experience there was... odd, and I would not go back if I were still in Limassol. The server kind of made us feel like we shouldn't be there, even though the place is not really that fancy or 5 star. And he was quite surprised that we ordered 2 main meals instead of ordering one to share, and entrees for each of us. We were joking that they were probably taking pictures out back with our plates almost empty after we were done, to marvel at the wonder that we actually ate a plate of food (and it was NOT a platter) :)))))))

Meze is only for 25 Euro and for this price you get about 12 different dishes. Food is fresh and tasty. Great choice of wine. Deffenetly will visit this place again.

Very nice restaurant, right on the beach, with beautiful sea view. Specialised in seafood but also few options for meat lovers. Could recommend lobster pasta, which comes in a portion for two or more persons, depending on the weight of the lobster itself. The place offers a good variety of wines from Europe.

Best restaurant in Limassol! Delicious seafood. Portions are large. Great variety of seafood dishes. Wine is fantastic. And best of all the staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful! You must try it!

Great location and selection of sea food. Cozy atmosphere.

A little bit strange place. Cheap furniture and atmosphere, strange staff that don't care about you. But good food that overpriced. The food is not usual, so attractive. I recommend tuna tartar! So if you want to try something new and unusual, be ready not to pay attention to atmosphere.

Very bitter fish. We chose a red snapper fresh fish. The waiter recommended it grilled. It came out bitter and not tasty at all. We complained and the waiter was sympathetic but the owner didn't agree to do anything. They took out plate with third of the dish to check the problem. Didn't bring neither the dish back nor any compensation. And not a slight discount to show some good attitude. Very very disappointing for a restaurant that has such high recommends. Choose your fish there carefully.

One of the best fish restaurant in Limassol. Good place for lunch. My advise is to book before you go especially if it is a tourist season . Also their salad dressing with the roccket is one of the best....

Nice restaurant for Seafood when in Limassol.

Grilled octopus and calamari are totally disappointing.The most expressive octopus and calamari we have tried here.It definitely overcooked with a strong bitter taste. I can expect this quality inn fast food, but not on this place.

Fat fish is one of the best if not the best fish tavern in Limassol, the environment is great all the employees are welcoming and the food is excellent. In terms of price the place is AAA for the quality and the wine is a must when visiting. With the sea as a view you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffe and stay up until midnight with friends and family for a great evening.

Fresh seafood, well prepared and served in a great setting. The restaurant overlooks the sea which provides a great view over lunch. Good selection of wines.
